Pinemen, the latest addition to the growing garage rock scene in the Swedish capital of Stockholm, was originally formed as a duo consisting of vocalist/bassist Erik Ernsäter and guitarist Vincent Fagerström, but the line-up is rounded out by second guitarist Jean Filip Apelian and Alexander Kuronen on drums when it comes to live shows.
After having uploaded a few demos on their Bandcamp and Soundcloud pages they caught the attention of Stockholm label PNKSLM Recordings (home to Sudakistan, Les Big Byrd, HOLY, Magic Potion, Lucern Raze etc) who will release their debut EP Pleasant Pain on December 11.
